How to use Zoho Recruit's Hiring Pipeline
This article covers what the hiring pipeline is used for and how to set it up.
Awetomate is a Zoho Partner. We simplify and explain Zoho's features within context and industry best practice.
What is a Hiring Pipeline?
Your Hiring Pipeline is your daily "go to" when actively recruiting. It's an overview of your recruitment process.
It consists of recruitment stages (think of them as boxes) and statuses (think of those as steps inside each box)
How to set up your hiring pipline
You can find your hiring pipeline by navigating to Settings > Customization > Hiring Pipeline
Zoho will provide typical / recommended stages and statuses, it's now up to you to customise this to reflect your unique company process.
Automate your process using statuses
One of the great features of Zoho Recruit is automation. You can eliminate some of the mundane recruitment admin by using statuses to automate.
Example : Upon changing a candidate status to "Rejected", a personalised reject email is automatically sent to the candidate.
How to view your active Hiring Pipeline
Your Hiring Pipeline is visible in the Home Module (which is a dashboard).

Note : You will only see your job appear on the hiring pipeline once the first application is made
