Candidate applies for a job
When a candidate applies for a job through your career site or a linked job board, a profile will automatically create in Zoho Recruit. An application will be added for the relevant job.
How to apply as a candidateCandidate registers on your database (bank my CV)
You can make sure of the candidate portal or a webform to allow candidates to register their profile on your database should there be no available position to apply for. There are different ways to allow registration, depending on your setup.
Upload the CV as a document
Upload the CV as a document to extract details and create candidate.
Manually create candidate record (type in the details)
Like with all types of records in Zoho Recruit, simply click on the +
Or, Open the relevant module (in this case candidates) > Click on the +
Import from spreadsheet / document
Parse (email the CV to Zoho Recruit)
Parse resume in one of 2 ways :
1 Create a candidate on your database. Find your system parsing email address :
2. create a candidate on Zoho Recruit AND associate them to a job
