Here are all the ways to get candidates in Zoho Recruit and/or associated to jobs
Candidate applies for a job
When a candidate applies for a job through your career site or a linked job board, a profile will automatically create in Zoho Recruit. An application will be added for the relevant job.
Candidate registers on your database
You can make sure of the candidate portal or a webform to allow candidates to register their profile on your database should there be no available position to apply for.

Migration from another ATS / database
To migrate your data from another ATS / database, certain requirements must be met.
Parse through email
Parse resume in one of 2 ways :
1 Create a candidate on your database. Find your system parsing email address :
Settings > Resume Management > Resume Inbox > Email Accounts > Email address
You can simply forward a resume to this address via email and Zoho will extract the data, create a profile, and attach the resume.
2 Create a candidate on your database AND associate them to a live job. Find the job's unique parsing email address :
Open job > Sourcing Summary > Job Mailbox
