How to trigger offboarding if we (Awetomate) set up your process




How do I make an employee inactive without an offobarding process in place?

Regardless of your process, Zoho People requires the status of the employee to be changed as a final step to deactivate the employee and free up the license. This is a system requirement and can be automated based on the exit date.

To change the status, go to the employee profile > edit the "Employee status" field. Your license is now free to be re-used (add another user)





How to find the offboarded / inactive employee?




Option 1 : Access via front end > Operations> Employee Information > Choose the "Inactive Employees" view



Option 2 : Access via back end Settings > Manager accounts > Users > user the filter to find using status as a criteria


Viewing inactive employee files

To access employee files (under files module), you can filter out based on inactive/disabled users.

To access employee records (under forms), you can filter out based on ex-employees or all request.
