Publish for free to LinkedIn (LinkedIn Limited Listings) and manage those candidates in Zoho Recruit

LinkedIn Limited Listings allows you to publish jobs in an automated way on the platform and on different job boards without having to manually copy and paste the ad.

Everything is done in an automated way and for free. This tool is mainly aimed at active candidates who are looking for new opportunities. The job must first be created in your ATS before it ends up on LinkedIn. This means that it will not appear in the “Jobs” section of your company page.

However, it will be visible in the job searches of candidates according to their search criteria.


Idea

The visibility of your ad will depend on certain criteria, among others. Think about linking your ad to a city or region to appear in searches based on geolocation for example



What you need to integrate with Linkedin Basic

What you need :

  1. A Company Linkedin Page > Linkedin Company ID

  1. Your  LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, that is unique to your company.

  1. You can find this ID in the URL of your company's LinkedIn page which is usually a string of digits that are between '/ /'.

Linkedin Corporate Recruiter (paid Premium Posting)

What you need to integrate with Premium Posts

  1. A Company Linkedin Page > Linkedin Company ID + Contract ID

  1. A Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter contract

  1. Recruiter Professional Services

  1. Paid Job slot in LinkedIn

  1. User (enabling the integration) is admin in LinkedIn


Using Zoho Recruit's Quick Apply tool (available for paid package)

Allow candidates to apply for jobs using their Linkedin Profile

You need a paid Linkedin recruitment package for this integration

What's the difference between paid LinkedIn ad campaigns (Premium Job Posting) and free LinkedIn Limited Listings?

The Limited Listing jobs are visible to active candidates when they search for jobs on LinkedIn and ensures potential candidates can find you if your job is relevant to their search.
