Explaining the Applications Module in Zoho

When a candidate is first created on Zoho Recruit, a Main Profile is created which contains all the fillable data fields such as Mobile Number and Date of Birth.
Then... every time a candidate applies for a job, an Application Profile for that job is added to their Main Profile.
The purpose of this is for you to easily manage multiple applications for one candidate.
How do I know I'm looking at the Main Profile of a candidate?
You will be able to see the number of applications made by the candidate in the Related List on the left.
In the Main Profile, you can edit/add candidate details such as Mobile or Date of Birth
How do I know I'm looking at an Application Profile for a candidate?
You will be able to see the job which the candidate applied for next to their name.
Each application profile is related directly to the job the candidate applied for.
You can move the candidate forward in the hiring pipeline for that particular job ; by changing the STATUS
You generally don't change candidate information in this Application Profile as it's drawing the data from the Main Profile, you will see some of the fields are locked.
Both the Application Profile and Main Profile contain its own Related List items.
You can "share" the following items across the 2 types of profiles : Notes, Ratings and Reviews, Client/Hiring Manager Submission, Interviews, Answered Assessments, Emails, SMS & To-Dos.
This is how to activate the "share" :
