Using Zoho Recruit's formatted resume feature
This article explains what Zoho's formatted resume feature is useful for, how to set it up and how to access it
This feature is available in all Zoho Recruit staffing plans, but the advanced formatted resume is only available in the Enterprise plan.
To access, go to Settings > Resume Management > Formatted Resume Settings
Overview
If you are a staffing company that submits candidate profiles externally, you can use the formatted resume feature to manipulate what that profile looks like to your client.
This is a 3 step process : Set up the resume template > Generate the formatted resume > Submit to client
Setting up the template
There are 3 types of formatted resumes
Basic
The Basic template uses the candidate's original resume for submission. You can choose to redact the contact information.
Standard
The Standard template allows you a section based template. The fields in this template can be selected based on what is available in your candidate profile.
Advanced (only available with Enterprise plan)
The Advanced resume template is a blank page option where you can add any template imaginable! Format colours, headings, fonts, watermarks, and position the data in any order.
