What happens if I change the candidate application status to "Interview Scheduled"?

Video (Teams/Google/Zoho Meet)
When a Video Interview is scheduled, a System Notification sent to candidate & recruiter looks like this (sent via Teams, not customisable, can't be turned off).
Staffing version of Zoho : Adding clients as participants in video interviews is not supported at the moment. As a workaround, once scheduled, go to your calendar and manually add the client to the calendar entry.
When a formal interview is scheduled, there are no automated system notifications. A customised notification is required to send the relevant details to the participants.

The RSVP System notification is sent in addition to other email notifications when triggered as shown below. This allows the candidate / interviewer to confirm their participation. System notifications can't be combined, so if this is activated, the candidate / interviewer will receive 2 emails.
Customised Email Notifications
In addition to the system emails, you can set up customised email notifications. We usually call these "prep emails" which provide the candidate will more information.
You can set up different notifications for different types of interviews.
You will find these in your Email Templates, automated by Workflows.
Note for setup : Include the .ics attachment category in the email template to ensure the participant can add the interview to their calendar
