Zoho | Reset or retrieve your password -1283

Manage your Zoho Password 
(For password sign in method only)

Change your password

1. Sign in to your Zoho account
3. Go to the Security tab on the side
4. Change password


Retrieve your password

These steps are NOT applicable to SSO or Multi factor authentication sign in methods.

1. Sign out of your account if you are signed in (Click on your ohoto bubble > Sign out)


OR, go to your sign in page (www.zoho.com/name of app)

2. In the Sign In page > Add your email address > Next



3. Click on the eye to open your password (assuming you have selected for your browser to remember your password)




Forgot password

In the Sign in page > Select forgot password and follow the prompts sent to you via email.
