Zoho Recruit Email Authentication (Mandatory)

Access via Setup > General > Email settings > Email authentication tab.

Verify Email : This step can be performed by the recruiter administrator. Add your email, upon which you will receive a code that you can add to this section.

Validate records : This step must be performed by the website admin. Click on validate records. This will provide you with the SPF and DKIM records. Once added, click on the validate button.

Purpose : Improve deliverability of emails sent from Zoho Recruit by adding SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) in your DNS settings.

Subdomain setup (Optional)

Purpose : Subdomain Mapping enables candidates to apply for jobs from your own URL. Configure your Subdomain to rebrand your Career Site, webforms & portals

 

For example, if your company's name is Zylker, by mapping your domain with Zoho Recruit, candidates can access your career site at https://careers.zylker.com instead of https://zylker.zohorecruit.com.

 

Setup Requirements : Access to Zoho Recruit (via super admin account) and access to company website DNS settings.

Link your careersite to your company webpage (Optional)

Option A

Your company website "Vacancies/Jobs" button links directly to the Zoho generated career site.

The careersite link can be provided by your recruiter.

 

Option B

Only the job feed is embedded in your existing company page. This is good when you have already designed a nicely branded career page in your website, you just need to add the jobs. The job feed embed code can be accessed through Setup > Careersite > Customise > Setting > URL and Embed Code
