- For bulk mailers, automated responses and similar, it's best to have a separate email address from your user.
- This is an "organisation" email and will not take up a user license.
- When candidates reply, their emails won't clog up your normal inbox.
- You can change your email templates' "from" address to come from this email where relevant
Once the email address is created, ensure you have access to it as you will have to verify via OTP to that email address.
To add, go to setup > Customisation > Templates > Organisational Email
SSO
SSO is an authentication service that allows a user to use single login to access multiple applications. SSO uses Security Assertion Markup language (SAML) for exchanging authentication between the applications.
Allow users to sign in using your Microsoft or gmail account details.
