Zia (AI)
Zia, Zoho Recruit's AI Assistant uses a candidate's skills to match them with their ideal jobs but also generates a match score to show how good of a fit they might be for the job.
How does Zia Work?
Firstly, it would look for keywords mentioned in "Requirements" of job description and would match the skillset specified in a candidate record.
Secondly if requirement isn't mentioned it would take the skillset updated in a job and would match the skillset mentioned in a candidate record.
Thirdly, say if both of the above isn't updated then, it would recognise and match the posting title of a job and current job title of a candidate record.
