The Assessment Module has 3 types of assessments
Think of Assessments as questionnaires, which you can attach to different parts of the recruitment process.
Zoho Plans : Recruit Staffing Professional and up & Recruit Corporate all plans
Access : Assessments Module > Add New > Choose assessment type
Candidate assessments
Useful for :
Pre-assessments (attached to the job) to automatically unqualify candidates who don't meet minimum criteria for the job
Open ended questionnaires to find out more about the candidate
Recruiter assessments
Useful for :
Telephonic interview questionnaires, Ratings, Background questionnaires
How to complete and where to find completed assessment
Open a candidate profile > Click on Ratings and Review + > Look up your questionnaire (set up in assessments module) > complete and save
You can now find this in the candidate profile in the Ratings and Reviews section
Interviewer assessments
Useful for :
Interview questionnaires, Interview evaluations
How to action and where to find completed assessment
When scheduling an interview, attach your questionnaire to the interview by looking it up
When an interview is due, an "Evaluate Interview" button will light up and the recruiter/hiring manager / client will be required to complete the questionnaire
