Notes for the Recruiter
You will need to purchase Video Interview Credits as an add on in your Zoho Recruit subscription.
- You pay per job - one video interview credit will allow you unlimited video interviews per job (for as long as it's active)
Create the assessment (questionnaire associated to the interview)
Go to the Assessment Module > Add a new assessment > Type : Interviewer Assessment >
- These are the questions your candidate will answer
Schedule an interview for the relevant candidate
How to schedule a one way video interview
Schedule an interview for the relevant candidate > Select Video Interview > Recorded Interview. You will add the assessment you created here.
NOTE
- The Deadline cannot be on or before the current date
- Interviewers are the users, clients or hiring managers who will be reviewing the completed recording
Notes for the candidate
- Invitation Email (Can not be customised)
- Candidate can only do the interview once
- Will receive instructions and help guide
Notes for the Reviewer (Hiring manager / recruiter)
- Open the interview in Zoho Recruit and review answer
- Rate the answer and comment (optional)
- Make an overall recommendation
