What is Zoho People?

Zoho People is a cloud based HR platform which provides a self service portal for employees. 
  1. Update your personal information and view personal files
  2. Apply for HR services such as leave
  3. Access your personal history, reports and balances
  4. Get answers quick when you need help
  5. Access organisational documents and information such as policies
  6. Manage approvals, tasks and notifications
  7. View information about your team such as birthdays and new joiners

How to join my organisation

It is important to join your organisation and not to sign up an account. 
Watch this video which explains the steps;



Alert
You can only join the organisation when your company has invited you.

Step 1 : The invitation will be sent to your email address.

Check your junk folder if you don't receive it. The email looks something like this :



Step 2 : Create a password

You need to add your name and surname, and create a password.
You will now be added to the organisation as an employee.

If signed up instead of joining the organisation

  1. Ask your company administrator to assist
  2. Log in with the email address and password you created when you signed up a trial
  3. Click on Settings
  4. Scroll down and close your account (only do this if you don't use other Zoho apps. If you use other apps, log a ticket for Zoho to delete the trial account for you)
  5. Once your account is closed, ask your company to re-invite you to the organisation so that you can start again with the steps above
