How to choose between Zoho Recruit's Staffing / Corporate Edition

Zoho Recruit's staffing edition caters to recruitment agencies / staffing firms that source talent for an external client. 

Some of the significant features not available in the Corporate Edition include;

  1. Clients module. This allows you to hold your client & contact profiles and related information, email them from the system, and submit candidates to them for feedback (through Zoho)
  2. Clients do not need licences to be able to give feedback 
  3. Formatted resumes - create company branded and designed resumes to send to your clients

Zoho Recruit Corporate Plan Feature Comparison

Zoho Recruit Corporate HR edition however caters to company's / organisations that requires an ATS to hire and track talent for their internal recruitment. 

Some of the significant features not available in the Staffing Edition include;

  1. Free advertising to Linkedin and Indeed (for now - this feature might not always be available in the future as it's dependent on those platforms)
  2. Departments module. This allows internal Hiring Managers to participate in the recruitment process (the licence cost is appr R12 per Hiring Manager per month). Hiring managers can view candidates, provide feedback, sit in on interviews etc
  3. Offer Module. This provides templates and processes for making offers, sending them for approval, and tracking within Zoho through accept / signature options.
  4. Approval processes as an automation option
